What is cancer caused by?
Cells dividing out of control.

A mass of cells.

A tumour grows until there's no more room, isn't normally dangerous.

Tumour grows and spreads to other parts of the body, fatal.

What is a clinical trial?
The trial in which drugs are tested on humans.

How does a clinical trial work?
Two groups of patients, one given new drug, other given a fake drug, patients don't know which is which.
