BMI is calculated using the formula weight in kilograms over height in meters squared. Weight/Height^2.

Stess, Age, Weight, Lots of alcohol, Lots of salt, genetics, lack of exercise, and drugs can cause a high blood pressure.

Normal pressure = systolic/diastolic.

Pressured blood pushes against the sides of the blood vessel walls causing high blood pressure.
