Blood pressure can be increased from- stress, high alcohol intake, an unhealthy diet and smoking

Your blood pressure can be decreased by having a balanced diet and regular excersise.

High blood pressure can cause the blood vessles to burst which damages the kidneys and liver and well as the brain as it can result in a stroke.
If your blood pressure is to low than you may start to feel faint or dizzy, this happens when the blood supply is limited to the brain becasue of poor circulation in areas like you toes and fingers.

Smoking can increase your blood pressure. It has an addictive substance is called Nicotine which makes you craves cigarettes.
Carbon Monoxide which is found in cigarettes can cause the blood to carry less oxygen around the body, this causes the heart to increase so that the tissues in the body can recieve enough oxygen.

Heart disease is caused becasue of a restricted blood flow to the heart.
The risks can be - A high level of saturated fats in you intake diet which produces cholesterol which is a plaque to build up around you colonary arteries blocking the blood flow.

Second class proteins are plants and they dont contain the estentual amino acids that the body requires.
