Software that is available to everyone with network access at the same time. Therefore, this covers laptops and other mobile devices.

A group or person that collects and stores the data about people.

A person who has data stored about them. This would include customers and staff members.

Someone who ensures that Progress Leisure complies with the rules of the Data Protection Act.
