Attachment & Why
WHAT? Emotional bond between two people that grows over time. WHY? For survival, comfort, food, learnt.

WHAT? An action elecits a response from other person: like a conversation. WHY? Sensitivity to this grows attachment, caregiver appropriate responses.

WHAT? The tendency to imitate behaviours of another co-ordinatedly: like smiling, poking tongue, actions. WHY? Strengthens quality of attachment.
