What does agar jelly contain?
Carbohydrates for energy, amino acids and nutrients for growth

In a bottle, in a pressure cooker at above boiling

In hot flames until it glows red

Seal the Petri dish with Sellotape to avoid contamination from the air and incubate in an oven at 25C to help the bacteria reproduce
