What is Gram staining?
Gram stain or Gram staining, also called Gram's method, is a method of staining used to distinguish and classify bacterial species into two large groups. The name comes from the Danish bacteriologist Hans Christian Gram, who developed the technique.

What colour is Gram- positive?
Purple or violet.

What can't Parkinson's disease people produce and what does that do to the body?
They can't produce dopamine. Without this chemical in their bodies they have slow movement, speech problems, poor balance and tremors when moving.

What does L-DOPA do?
L-DOPA is a drug that is a precursor for dopamine. It increase the amount of dopamine stored in/ released by the presynaptic neutron therefore normal levels of dopamine stimulate the postsynaptic neuron.
