hippocrates's answer to illness: they are: blood, phlegm, yellow bile and black bile. the body contains them, when we are healthy they are balanced. when they are unbalanced we are unhealthy.

why was it important for hippocrates to show documenting information?
hippocrates showed it was very important to document information to observe and record carefully the symptoms of the development of disease. doctors more likely to choose correct cure if they took care finding the cause

what did hippocrates do?
he was the father of medicine and created the Hippocratic Oath that all doctors still take today, he observed symptoms and recorded them. he also made the Hippocratic collection of books came up with 4 humours theory and natural causes of illness.
