Debated by MPS, Majority members vote, Public Attention, Campaigns, Guillotine-Uses to cut it-rushed-Dangerous Dogs Act, Whip System-Encourage Support

STAGE 3: Committee Stage
Line by Line examination, Made up of government majority, Members with special interests and Different political parties discuss.

STAGE 4: Report Stage
Checking Stage, Reviewed by the house is which it started, Amendments will be debated and they can accept of decline them, Opportunity for second thought.

STAGE 5: Third Reading
If 6 Mps request it, they can have further debate, Final Vote

STAGE 6: House of Lords
'Private Peers bill', They have the final agreement or make amendments, this then gets passed back to the house of commons, 'Ping Pong' effect, if they do not come to an agreement they House of Commons can use the 'Parliamentary Act' to force it

STAGE 7: Royal Assent
Once the queen has signed it it is an 'Act of Parliament' The only time it has never been signed was in 1707 from the Scottish Milita Bill.
