Doesn't start till August. Missed opportunities in New York- sets up Winter Quarters- Washington escapes. Burgoyne and Howe did not cooperate-two different campaigns.Drove colonies to Delaware didn't attack further-if he had they would have won.

Did not cooperate with Howe. Burgoyne's baggage slowed down the army.Lost indian allies after the murder of Jane MCcrea. Both leaders under estimated the amount of Patriot support.

Trenton and Princeton caused a lot of damage. Good in decisive situations. He gave belief to the Americans and made them believe they could win and encouraged them to join. Used Guerilla warfare against the British's open warfare-better
