Good quiz with a lot of questions. But, i can suggest taking out questions such as question 21 where could the answer could be a. or d. Just some advice if you were to edit the quiz in any way :)

Very good, useful quiz. But I am sure that question 27 is true, not false; unless it is false just due to it having a sugar, not a ribose sugar :)

I thought Amylase broke starch down to maltose and protease broke down proteins to amino acids...

 The sugar in a nucleotide is deoxyribose, and that is why the answer is false, i remember this by remembering that DNA stands for Deoxyribonucleic Acid :):):)
