Communication between the Amygdala and Pre-Frontal Lobes weaker. This makes it more difficult for the Pre-Frontal Cortex to control emotional responses to anger, that come from the Amygdala

Increases the activity in the Limbic System. Changes in Testosterone levels influences aggressive behaviour, by increasing Amygdala reactivity during the process of a threat

Virkkunen - Tested the Cerebrospinal Fluid in violent impulsive offenders and found that they had much lower levels of Serotonin than normal

Gimmanco - Dominant rats had more Testosterone flowing around their blood (making their Amygdala more reactive) than those who were submissive

Dolan - Found a positive correlation between Testosterone and levels of aggression in behaviors of male offenders. Most suffered from personality disorders (link between Testosterone and other disorders)
