  • A large enclosed surface depression, ranging from a few meters to kms across. (9, 6)
  • A narrow ridge of land with a protective cap above it. (6)
  • A pebble or boulder which has at least on smooth, flat side which has been affected by erosion. (9)
  • A rock in which the lower areas have been affected much more greatly by erosion, creating a mushroom shaped landform. (4, 8)
  • A surface of stones, tightly packed together, that rest on a finer material such as sand, silt or clay. (6, 8)
  • Linear ridge of rock which is streamlined. They are undercut at the bottom and lie parallel to each other. (7)
