Pittwood (1902) - Gate keeper at railway crossing, went for lunching leave the gate open, a cart crossing got hit by a train. Convicted of manslaughter.

Miller (1983) - A tramp had been squatting in a house, fell asleep while smoking, woke to flames, didn't out the flames out but instead went in to another room to sleep. Convicted of criminal damage.

Stone and Dobinson (1977) - Anorexic sister, they tried to get medical help but never called the medical services, eventually she died. Convicted of manslaughter.
