Diazapam indications
prolonged (5+min) or repeated convulsions (pts must be currently convulsing), eclamptic convulsions, symptomatic cocaine toxicity

Salbutamol indications
acute asthma attack where pt's inhaler has failed, exp wheeze associated with allergy, anaphylaxis, smoke or lower airway blockage, COPD exasperation, SOB due to left ventricular failure

none in the emergency situation

Nebulizer - 5mg 5min intervals (COPD limit 6 mins)

tremor, tachy, palps, headache, tension, perif vasodilation, muscle cramps, rash

acute severe or life threatening asthma,, COPD unresponsive to salbutamol

none in the emergency situation ( limit nebs to 6 min COPD)
