A process which meets the needs of present tourists and host communities, while protecting and enhancing the needs of future generations.

Responsible travel to natural areas that conserves the environment and improves the well being of local people.

What are the problems associated with eco tourism?
There is no universal definition of eco tourism (people could abuse it) Flying to eco resort isnt ecofriendly. Locals may not see the benefits. Established in underdeveloped places (exploitation)
