Good quiz except number 2 is wrong. The answer of Ketone to Alcohol would be either LiAlH4 in ethoxyethane under reflux or solid Sodium Borohydride (NaBH4) in an alcohol and under reflux ( safer but varies depending on the nature of ketone). Just thought I'd point it out to avoid confusion :)

Ketone to alcohol is a reduction so it needs litium aluminium tetrahydride (LiAlH4) NOT an OA like you said.
