How do developed countries or emerging countries with a lot of money and access to technology drive global systems?
have control over the global economy and political events.

It monitors the global economy and advises governments how improve their economies, and sometimes gives loans to countries with economic problems.

What is the world bank and what does it do?
provides loans to less developed countries to invest in areas health care, education and infrastructure. The countries are expected to pay back the loans.

How are the IMF and the World Bank reinforcing unequal power?
Both based in the USA and led by other developed countries meaning developing countries less say in decision making.
Developing countries sometimes cannot afford tariffs at the borders of developed countries making it hard for the economy to make money.
