What was the impact Romans brought over to Britain?

Built public health facilities with skilled architects, because they wanted to keep a healthy army/ many greek doctors came to Rome (brining their ideas/ Romans used taxes for public health/ over crowded cities

Church was centre of peoples live so main cause of illness is god (supernatural- so won't look for natural treatments)/ church controlled the eduction (they liked Galen so we was what was taught)/ Banned dissections

They used recipes of herbs passed through generations (cheaper) e.g. Willow bark for headaches and Carrots for eye sight

Schools for doctors improved quality of care/ wine was used as an antiseptic and an aesthetic/ hospital gave care to the ill
