What is a Email?
An electronic message sent between PCs via the internet.

Explanation of Compose?
You can compose or create a new email message to send to an email address.

Explanation of Signature?
A signature can be saved to your email client, which it will remember to put at the bottom of each message.

Explanation of Group email?
You can create a distribution list to send you email to many addresses at once.

Carbon Copy. People can see the other addresses that you have sent your group email to.

Blind Carbon Copy. People cannot see the other addresses that you have sent your group email to.

Email is quick, Files can be easily attached to emails, Less paper used - better for t=environment.

File attachments can contain viruses, There is a lot of spam or junk emails sent, Email accounts could be hacked into.

Spam filters can be used to reduce junk email received, Virus Scanners can be used.
