There are 46 chromosomes ( 23 pairs ) in each person 23 from the mother and 23 from the father.

To make a boy you need an x and y chromosome, to make a girl you need two x chromosomes and it is a 50% chance you will be born either sex.

In a pair of chromosomes there are two alleles, if an allele is dominant it will be represented by a capital
