Germany's would be divided into four sections of occupation (They would be run by USA,FRANCE,USSR&UK)

Germany's Berlin would also be divided into four sections

Free elections would be held in Eastern Europe to decide how they will be governed

Russia would promised to join the war against Japan for territory of two islands Manchuria and Sakhalin in return

Nazi leaders would be tried as war criminals
