Why did Russia win World War Two?

Success despite lack of preparation:

Germany allied with countries that Russia would normally ally with
Russia slowed production so Hitler would not suspect them

Stalin used patriotism to unite Russia
Churches re-opened
Church magazines are unsensored

German Mistakes:

Hitler believed that Russia was not prepared
Germany believed that they only needed to fight on the east coast (underestimating Britain's involvement)
