Mania: mood

• feeling high or overly happy
• irritable mood, agitated

Mania: behaviour

• talking fast, racing thoughts, easily distracted
• restless, sleeping little
• goal directed activities, impulsive and high risk behaviours eg. spending sprees, impulsive sex
