Continental Drift- The Continents can move
- Alfred Wegener's theory of continental drift suggested that there once was just one large chunk of land (a super continent)
- He thought that this super continent them split into smaller chunks (continents)
- These continents slowly drifted apart
- And are the continents we have now-North and South America, Africa, Europe, etc
There's lots of evidence for continental drift
- The coastline of Africa and South America match together like jigsaw pieces
