Velocity and Distance-Time Graphs

HideShow resource information

Speed and Velocity tell us how fast something is going.

Speed and Velocity are both measured in m/s. They say how fast your going.

  • Speed is just how fast your going (30mph), with no regard to direction.
  • Velocity also must give the direction as well as the speed (30mph, North).

Distance-Time Graphs

They describe something travelling through time and space.
