Use Different Words Part 2

?

1. Using different words is a good start. If you can use different and clever words, you're laughing teacakes.

City played badly on Saturday. - City played lamentably on Saturday.

The pitch was in a poor condition. - The pitch was in an atrocious condition.

The referee made some very stupid decisions. - The referee made some exceedingly moronic decisions.
