Urban Environment - Case Study: Manchester Metrolink

Manchester Metrolink was the first street-running tramway in Britain.

(Trams are just smaller trains, and can run through pedestrianised streets.)

It connects small towns and the suburbs of Manchester to the city centre, among other places like Salford Quays and Old Trafford.
