When does life begin?

• Some believe life begins at conception - when the egg and sperm (and soul) meet.
• For others, it is when a child is born.
• Between those two, people say it is when the primitive streak appears (at 15 days).
• Or when the foetus would be able to survive if born (around 24 weeks).

Sancity of life:

• The belief that life is special or sacred, because God made it.
• All religions, and people generally, think life is special or sacred; they believe in the sanctity of life.
