body temperature can be measured in the ear, finger, mouth and anus.

you can measure it by using a clinical thermometer, heat sensitive strips, ditigal probes or thermal imaging cameras.

extremes of body temperature is dangerous. can cause dehydration, heat stroke and death if untreated.

low temperature can cause hypothermia and death if untreated.

if you are too hot or too cold the brain sends nerves impulses to the skin which has 3 ways to either decrease or increase heat loss from the bodys temperature.

1. hairs on the skin trap more warm air if they are standing up
