The problems surrounding Germany 1945-47

Problems mainly came from the reperations the USSR wanted from Germany.

15% of industrial output from western zones could be taken by the Soviets in exchange for other products as well as an extra 10% for nothing.

Showed Russian desire to weaken any attempt at Germany recovery. This was a problem for the USA as they continued to expand their economic markets.
