The main muscles of the body: 

Deltoid - Your sholder muscle enabling rotation of the arm.

Lattimus Dorsi - The muscle down the side of your ribs and partly around your back.

Gastrocnemious - Calf muscle.

Hamstring - The muscle on the back of your leg.

Bicep - Upper Arm muscle on the front.

Quadracep - The muscle on the front of your leg.

Abdominals - The muscles below your chest 

Tricep - The muscle on the back of your arm for example it is contracting when performing a hand stand.

Trapezius - The muscle at the top of your back and lower neck

Gluteals - The bottom muscle.

Pectoral muscle - The muscles on the chest
