The Kyoto Protocol
Globalisation has increased the global demand for energy and more CO emissions are being released which is increasing Global warming. The international community is working together to reduce the amount of CO they produce as Global Warming is a worldwide risk. It is an international agreement that's been signed by the UN to try and reduce carbon emissions by 2012. Each country has been set an emissions target e.g. The Uk agreed to reduce emissions by 12.5% by 2012.
