Excretion
3 main roles:
1) Removal of urea
2) Adjustment of water levels
3) Adjustment of salt levels
ULTRAFILTRATION
- The blood flows through the renal artery into the glomerulus which is a bundle of capillaries
- A high pressure is built up which squeezes all of the urea, glucose, salt and water out of the blood and into the Bowman’s capsule
