The right side recieves blood from the body and pumps it to the lungs. The left side recieves blood from the lungs and pumps it to the body. The heart is made from cardiac muscle, which means it never gets fatigued or needs to rest, it is also Myogenic meaning no substances are needed to keep it beating because it was designed with Intristic Rythmicity.

The Inferior Vena Cava collects blood from the lower areas of the body, and the Superior Vena Cava collects blood from the upper region. This blood is then delivered to the Right Atrium.

The Right Atrium then fills with blood…
