The Eye2

Sclera. Protects inner parts of the eye and maintains its shape.

Choroid Layer . has blood vessels, inner has cells containing dark pigment Melanin.

Retina. Has Receptor cells, Rod and Cone cells and recieves the light stimulus.

Fovea. Cone cell concentrated and provides the maximum Visual acuity.

Conjunctiva .front of the eye protecting it and is kept moist by film of fluid from tear duct.

Cornea. focuses light rays onto the retina and refracts it as it enters the eye.
