The Cosmological Argument

It is in favour of the existence of God, based on evidence in the world around us.  It aims to pursuade us that the cause of the Universe is what we call God.

Inductive & A Posteriori: to persuade rather than prove

Infinite Regresses are illogical.

Based on the idea of Causation (Cause and Effect)

1) Regect the idea of infinite regress

2) This can't go on forever, there must be a first cause.

- Not physical (spiritual)

- Not timebound (eternal)

- Not caused (necessary)
