The Work of CAFOD (Catholic Fund for Overseas Development) and Trocaire

CAFOD and Trocaire are both Catholic organisations dedicated to supporting the world's poorest people.

CAFOD is a private charity established by the Bishops of England and Wales to bring aid to less economically developed countries. They are dedicated to supporting the poorest people in the world and believe that the world's resources should be shared equally by all people.

Trocaire also supports the poorest in the world. It also works closer to home e.g. Ireland.
