The point of evil

Evidence 1:

• Linked to Augustine 
• At the start of creation = humans perfection
  • Human Arogance and disobidence towards God caused the fall - Original Sin - sin leads to punishment for our wrong actions = suffering 
    • leaves humans in a state of non passe non pecare (A/A* Level) - impossible to avoid sin

Stengths:

• Its logical to say that if we do wrong we suffer, e.g school, parents 
• Jesus is maintained as a essential figure- his death makes sense
  • Jesus' sacrifice 
• It fits with the biblical stories 

Weaknesses: 

•  It is unfair that current humans should suffer for the actions of first humans
• It doesn't fully explain…
