The Eye

The iris reflex is for adjusting the iris when there is an evironment with bright or dim light.

Dim Light- Radial muscles contract and circular muscles relax and the iris widens to let the most light in as possible.

Bright Light- The circular muscles contract and the radial muscles relax to make the iris smaller so the least amount of light gets in.

Correcting Vision:

Looking at close objects: Cilliary muscles tighten which  mean that the suspenory ligment will relax the lens becomes wider which increases the amount of light it refracts.

Looking at distant objects: Cilliary muscles relax and the suspensory muscles contract
