T1: The June Offensive and the July Days

In mid-June, Kerensky launched a new offensive, which lasted 3 days and was a disaster:

• There was a very high rate of desertion
• Soldiers killed officers rather than fighting
• Hundreds of thousands of soldiers were killed and territory was lost
