The heart



The atria are the top two chambers of the heart. They fill up with blood recieved from the veins.


  • The right atrium recieves deoxygenated blood from the rest of the body through the vena cava, it then pumps blood through the left ventricle.
  • The left atrium recieves oxygenated blood from the lungs from the pulmonary vein…
