  • Courts of appeal above this 
  • Then the US Supreme Court
  • District courts have 94 districts with a court of international trade and US court of federal claims 
  • Courtsw of appeal have 13 circuit courts with 1 devoted for the federal court and 12 for regional courts 
  • The Supreme court is just one court made up of 9
