Static Electricity
When two insulating matierals rub together, they form a static charge.
Static charge is formed when electrons from one matieral move to another matieral.
The first matieral is positivley charged now, it has no electrons present.
The second matieral is negativley charged now, it has electrons present.
Examples:
Clothes build up static charge when you put them on or pull them off, the synthetic matierals rub together.
If the charge is large enough --> a spark.
