  • Privately disagrees

Internalisation:

  • Deepest level
  • Views taken on a deep and permanent level
  • Permanently changed views

Research into Compliance-

Asch's line experiment:

  • Unambigous task
  • Groups of 7-9, one was genuine were asked which comparison line was the same as the standard line.
  • Repeated 17 times
  • 75% conformed at least once.
