Simultaneous equations!!!

If a question like this comes up in a exam.

2j + 3k = 16                   Find the value of j and k

6j + 6k = 36 

You're going to have to know how to solve it.

Here's how its done:

You label each equation

(1) 2j + 3k = 16

(2) 6j + 6k = 36

Then you have to change one of the equations in order to get one of the values from each…
