Sexual Reproduction involves fertilisation of the egg cell, by the spem cell, it requires a male and female.
Asexual Reproduction doesn't involve fertilisation and only on parent in needed.
Sexual reproduction occurs most commonly in vertebrates whereas in Asexual Reprocution occurs more commonly in invertebrates such as insects, plants and bacteria
