Diet
Its important to have a balenced diet i.e a diet which contains all the basic food groups in the correct proportions.A balenced diet provides the body with enough energy and nutrients to work properly.

the amount of enery need is dependant on the individual e.g a manual labour will need more energy than an office worker.
