Cheddar Scones
Ingredients:
200g self raising flour
50g butter
25g porridge oats
75g grated cheddar
150ml milk
Method:
- Preheat oven to 220 C
- Rub in butter to flour, then mix in oats, cheese and milk then bring together into a dough
- Roll out dough no thinner than 2cm and stamp out circular biscuits
