Cheddar Scones


200g self raising flour

50g butter

25g porridge oats

75g grated cheddar

150ml milk


  • Preheat oven to 220 C
  • Rub in butter to flour, then mix in oats, cheese and milk then bring together into a dough
  • Roll out dough no thinner than 2cm and stamp out circular biscuits
