Permiability - when people move between groups. Their position in a group is changeable.

Legitimacy - When decisions are based on real differences. In the study, when the participants were allocated to their roles they were led to believe that guards were selected on personality traits but it was a lie as it was random so the concept was to tell them about the deception so they would see it as illigitimate.
